CALIBAN IN THE ROACK POOL
Prospero is gone, leaving Caliban in charge of the island.
With nothing but piles of books and all the time in the world Caliban has become an excitable story teller, reciting the tales he invents to anyone who will stop by his rock pool to listen.
His favourite story of all is ‘The Tale of the Crab Queen’, but as he tells this story he discovers that what he is seeing in his magical pool might be even more real than he first imagined.
A puppet show with a magical twist, Caliban’s story is a delight for the whole family.

BOOTLE PUPPETS
Bootleg Puppets is a midlands-based company founded in 2016. Focusing on using puppetry and object theatre techniques, Bootleg aims to tell a wide variety of stories inspired by myth, legend and folklore from around the globe.
Striving to both adapt old stories for new contexts and create whole new ones in the lineage of our oldest tales, Bootleg makes use of the diverse skill-sets of its core team to create shows that use puppets to explore the magical and the unusual in a way that only puppets can.
